Help with your twin

Your twin says something wrong, or out of date

Start with the source. Your twin only answers from what you've written, so open the memory or story behind the bad answer and fix it there. Later replies change with it. What your twin knows, and what it doesn't explains why this happens in the first place.

If the problem is conduct rather than accuracy, that's a report, not an edit. This applies when your twin said something that breaks the rules, not just something outdated. See Community rules for how, or write to [email protected].

You want a memory or a story taken down

Delete it yourself, any time. Open the entry in your journal and remove it, or edit it down to what you're comfortable with. What you write stays yours covers what deleting something actually does. If you can't find it, or something needs removing that isn't yours to delete, write to [email protected].

You can't get in

Try Forgot password on the sign-in page first. If that doesn't get you back in, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us what's happening.

You want your account deleted

Delete it yourself in Settings. Your twin is hidden right away, and you're signed out everywhere. You have 30 days to change your mind by signing in again. After that, it's permanent. You can also ask us to do it by writing to [email protected].
