Our vision
A world where media is built around people, not merely content. We envision a media ecosystem where human perspectives, experiences, ideas, and creativity can be discovered, understood, and interacted with in entirely new ways.
How we imagine media
Media is valuable to the extent that it can carry one person's view of life to people who would never otherwise hear it. That view is rarely just information; it carries what someone values, how they live, and how they position themselves toward what is happening around them.
Beyond simply consuming: we imagine a world where you can explore perspectives, engage with ideas, and, once you've heard a story, ask it what you're curious about.
Media like that is less about delivering the same message to everyone, and more about creating meaningful connections between people.
Why it matters
Media shapes how we understand ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Who gets heard decides what gets understood.
A story's value comes from what the person telling it has lived. When everyone can express themselves without worry, and without needing a large audience, the voices a culture can hear multiply.
We believe the next evolution of media should create more space for context, perspective, participation, and human connection. Because when people can reach more perspectives, media can become more than a source of information: a way of understanding the world.
A new media paradigm
In each line below, the left of the arrow is what the one telling does, the right is what the one receiving does.
- Traditional mediaCreate, publish, distribute → listen
- The social media eraCreate, share → listen, like, share
- The next paradigm, as we see itCreate, share → ask, listen, ask, listen
The unit of media does not have to be a post, video, or article. It can be an experience, an idea, a perspective, or a creative identity, even one you can interact with.
What this looks like today is on Digital twins.
The future of media
We believe media will become increasingly:
- Interactive — people will take part rather than only watch.
- Many-voiced — with AI lowering the performance barrier, people who never learned to perform will be heard too.
- Story-first — what someone has lived will count for more than how well they present it.
- Common narratives — in story-centered media, values will come to the fore and people will meet in the stories they share.
The future of media is not simply more content.
How we are building toward it is on Our mission.
