Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-09 · Stird LTD
Scope
This policy covers payments for Stird’s paid subscription plans (Plus and Pro). It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
Billing
Payments for Stird subscriptions are handled by our payment provider, who bills you directly and acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Your receipt comes from them, not from Stird directly.
If you change your mind
We don’t refund payments because you’ve stopped using Stird or decided the plan isn’t for you. That covers your first payment, every renewal after it, the charge taken when you move to a different plan, and any time left on a period you’ve already paid for.
Before you subscribe, you can use Stird on the free plan to see whether it fits you. You can also cancel at any time to stop future charges — see Cancellation below.
Renewals
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you don’t want to be billed again, cancel before your next renewal date.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, but it doesn’t end your access right away — you keep your plan’s features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don’t issue partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
If something went wrong
A payment that shouldn’t have happened is a different matter. If you were charged twice, charged an amount you didn’t expect, charged for a plan you didn’t choose, or Stird wasn’t working as it should, tell us and we’ll put it right. Email us at [email protected] with your account email and the date of the charge, and we’ll look into it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be indicated by an updated date above.
